In Indonesia, XTB's subsidiary, XTB Indonesia Berjangka, received the PALN license from the Indonesian regulatory body Bappebti. This approval allows XTB to offer stock and ETF investment services to Indonesian residents, with plans to launch operations in early 2025. The move comes after the company's acquisition of Eagle Capital Futures, a local brokerage, in March 2024. Indonesia's large and growing market presents a strategic opportunity for XTB as it seeks to strengthen its presence in Asia.

Meanwhile, XTB has also obtained a Category 5 license from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), extending its operations beyond the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This license enhances the company's ability to offer a wider range of services across the UAE, which remains a key market for growth in the Middle East. XTB's UAE growth is further supported by its existing license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), which has been in effect since July 2021.

The company's focus on the Middle East is evident from its efforts to introduce new financial products in the region, including ETF Investment Plans launched earlier this year. These products are designed to meet the region's demand for innovative and diversified financial solutions.

XTB's expansion is already showing positive results. In the third quarter of 2024, its Middle East operations reported a 44.7% increase in operating revenue compared to the same period in the previous year, underscoring the potential of the region.

Back in Poland, XTB continues to innovate. The company plans to launch a multi-currency virtual wallet with card functionality in the first quarter of 2025, adding more value to its client offerings.

With these regulatory approvals in Indonesia and the UAE, XTB is set to further solidify its position as a leading global fintech player. The company's international strategy is centered around tapping into high-growth markets and introducing tailored products that address regional needs, driving its global expansion.
