XTM Welcomes Randy Khalaf to Its Board of Directors

XTM, Inc. recently announced its welcome to Finance Executive Randy Khalaf for his participation in XTM's Board of Directors. It is said Randy Khalaf has accepted the appointment and will preside XTM's Audit Committee.

XTM is a Miami and Toronto-based fintech innovator in the neo-banking space that provides mobile banking and payment card solutions around world. Founded in 2006, the company is committed to helping business and workers alike expedite earnings payout and eliminate banking fees with its white-labeled mobile wallet, banded Visa and Mastercard solutions, and platform.

Randy Khalaf has been working as accomplished CFO, CIO and COO with over 20 years of experience. His business acumen has achieved great success in growing EBITDA, overseeing operations, generating shareholder value and leading global finance across several companies including UGN Incorporated based in Tinley Park, IL and GKN Driveline of Auburn Hills, MI. 

The appointment comes after Paul Haber has resigned from the board. In the released news, XTM also extended thanks to Paul Haber and “wish Mr. Haber well with his future endeavors”.
