YWO Names Mateusz Wyka CEO as Startup CFD Broker Builds Leadership Team

​Fazzaco has learned that startup CFD broker YWO has appointed Mateusz Wyka as its new Chief Executive Officer, as the company continues to build out its senior management team following its market launch.

Wyka joins YWO from Cyprus-based marketing software firm Scale Final, where he served as Group Head of Operations for around one year. Prior to that, he spent four years at leading online broker Exness, most recently holding the role of Senior Trading Operations Manager, a position he exited in early 2024.

His earlier career includes roles at Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young in Poland, providing him with experience across both investment banking and professional services.

YWO delivers its CFD trading services through subsidiaries regulated in South Africa, Mauritius and the Union of Comoros. While the brokerage operates across multiple jurisdictions, its core management and operational functions are primarily run out of Cyprus.
