Zoyo Limited has entered into a partnership with fintech provider Velexa to launch a new digital securities broking service, scheduled to go live in the first half of 2026. The initiative is aimed at high-net-worth clients seeking seamless access to global markets, with trading initially covering equities and ETFs listed in the US, UK, and Hong Kong.

The platform will be built on Velexa's white-label technology, which offers a scalable and compliant architecture. Zoyo said the service is designed to support cross-border and multi-asset investing, reflecting the company's ambition to position itself at the intersection of international wealth management and London's role as a global financial hub.

Ivy Wang, Zoyo's Executive Director and CEO, called the project "the beginning of Zoyo's next growth chapter," linking it to the company's recent listing on the London Stock Exchange. "With Velexa's technology at the core of our new platform, we are able to deliver a secure, compliant and scalable solution on a global scale that redefines how investors engage with capital markets," she said.

Velexa's CEO, Tamara Kostova, echoed that sentiment, noting that the partnership is intended to bring "sophisticated, multi-market investing experiences to high-net-worth clients and beyond."

Zoyo's long-term roadmap includes adding other asset classes and expanding wealth management capabilities. By relying on Velexa's multitenant architecture, the firm expects to introduce new products quickly, while tailoring engagement and services for different client groups. The partnership illustrates how fintech providers are increasingly being used as back-end engines for firms looking to scale without building infrastructure in-house.
