ZuluTrade Expands to Mauritius, Offers Wealth Management Services

ZuluTrade, the global leader in social trading and part of Finvasia Group, has been granted the approval from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius to deliver wealth management services in the country.
Finvasia Capital Limited has received the Investment Banking Licence from the FSC in January 2023, which also applies to all Finvasia Group's brands, including ZuluTrade.
"The FSC licence marks an important milestone on ZuluTrade's roadmap, opening new growth horizons for the company," said Sarvjeet Virk, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Finvasia Group.
With the new license, the group is authorized to provide investment dealer, investment adviser and asset management services. ZuluTrade will offer its broker-agnostic social wealth management and social trading services.
"ZuluTrade has a clear growth path and mission, and that is to make wealth management simple and social, accessible across all categories of investors. Our broker-agnostic technology provides access to a wide range of markets and ready-made strategy proposals, allowing investors the freedom of choice when it comes to the platform or broker they wish to use. This is our main advantage over competitors," commented Finvasia’s Co-Founder and ZuluTrade CEO Tajinder Virk.
Last month, ZuluTrade unveiled its plan to expand in Japan. The company would offer a series of new products and services centered on Japan market through its Japanese subsidiary ZuluTrade Japan Co Ltd.
