Zuzana Hashemi Departs BP Prime Amidst Profitable FY2023

Zuzana Hashemi, Managing Director of BP Prime, has announced her departure from the London/Dubai-based Retail FX and CFDs broker, operated by FCA-regulated Black Pearl Securities Limited.

Her exit also includes stepping down from the board of directors of Black Pearl Securities. Hashemi's tenure at BP Prime, which began in 2021, coincided with the company's successful fiscal year 2023, where it reported revenues of £2.3 million and a profit of £431K. The brokerage, under the control of Slovakian entrepreneur Vladimir Gesperik residing in the UAE, primarily serves high net worth and professional clients. Hashemi brings extensive experience from previous senior compliance roles at firms such as Bolder Group, Goldenburg Group, Gulf Brokers DMCC, Capedis DMCC, and BITmarkets.
