Zuzana Hashemi Launches HARLYZ, Targeting Compliance in Financial Services

Zuzana Hashemi has officially introduced her new business venture, HARLYZ, where she will serve as the Founder. HARLYZ aims to revolutionize regulatory compliance within financial services by offering tailored legal and advisory services to forex brokers, prop trading firms, and crypto exchanges.

The firm's primary objective is to assist clients in navigating complex regulatory environments across key global markets, such as the UAE, Cyprus, and other offshore jurisdictions. HARLYZ's services will focus on compliance, licensing, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT), and brokerage setup, with a view to making compliance a strategic advantage.

This launch follows Hashemi's departure from BP Prime​, a Retail FX and CFDs broker, in July. During her time as Managing Director, the company experienced a successful fiscal year, achieving £2.3 million in revenues with a profit of £431K. Her new firm, HARLYZ, is set to provide "sharp, efficient, and results-oriented services" in the financial sector, aiming to position itself as a leading player in compliance advisory.
