Elon Musk Hints Integration of Crypto Payments into Twitter, Reaffirms Commitment to Dogecoin Despite the $258 Billion Lawsuit

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and Spacex and the new owner of Twitter Inc., has stated in the first all-hands meeting with Twitter's employees that "money is fundamentally digital at this point and has been for a while".
"I think it would make sense to integrate payments into Twitter so that it's easy to send money back and forth, and fiat currency as well as crypto — essentially, whatever somebody would find useful," added the billionaire.

Musk is a known supporter of cryptocurrencies favoring dogecoin (DOGE) and bitcoin (BTC) especially. Last week, Musk and his two companies Tesla and Spacex were sued for $258 billion by a dogecoin investor who alleged that they were part of a pyramid scheme designed to manipulate the price of dogecoin.
The Tesla CEO has shown his support for dogecoin many times. Just two days after he was sued, Musk tweeted that he will keep supporting dogecoin and plans to buy more of it. The price of the meme cryptocurrency consequently shot up by 7% in 24 hours.
