Exclusive: Andrew Black Joins from IG to Capital.com as Head of FX and Futures Trading

Fazzaco learned that the global brokerage firm Capital.com has secured Andrew Black as the company's Head of FX and Futures Trading.

Andrew brings extensive experience of FX and Futures Trading to the company. Prior to Capital.com, he spent nearly nine years with IG, a leading FX and CFDs trading provider.

Andrew served the company in five roles. Initially, he started as a Sales Trader. Then, he received a promotion shortly after to Flow Trader of FX and Futures. Next, he progressed to Senior Dealer  from the beginning of 2019. After that, he took the role as Deputy Head of FX Trading. Finally, he reached the position of Deputy Head of FX and Futures Trading.

Capital.com is a fast-growing company with an impressive global footprint in the FX and CFD space. The company has announced major hires to ramp up its international growth plans. Last month, the company has appointed Alessandro Capuano as new Head of Europe​, Behrouz Bayat as Chief Information & Technology Officer (CIO & CTO)​, and Tim Plummer as Head of Product Strategy.
