Alpha FX Group Changes Name to Alpha Group International

Alpha, a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial solutions dedicated to corporates and institutions operating internationally, announced that its name has changed from Alpha FX Group plc to Alpha Group International plc.
The change of name is expected to take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 20 December 2022 and the Company's TIDM will change to "ALPH". The Company's current ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same.
"When we launched Alpha back in 2009 it was with the vision of being a leading provider of foreign exchange services. Whilst our commitment to this vision remains unchanged, as time has gone on our clients have relied on us for a wider range of needs, and our offering has evolved beyond just FX alone," said Morgan Tillbrook, CEO of Alpha FX. "Alpha Group sets the right tone for our business today, but also provides our brand with the room it needs as our offering continues to grow. It's a small change but one that ultimately reflects our big ambitions."
The name change had been passed on its General Meeting held on 22 November 2022. According to the company, the name change reflects its evolution from being solely a provider of foreign exchange or "FX" solutions, to a company that now provides a wider range of financial solutions to corporates and institutions.
The company's ambition is supported by its strong financial performance. In October, Alpha FX released its FY22 Trading Update, anticipating its profits ahead of expectations.
