Alpha FX's Resolution to Rebrand as Alpha Group Gets Approved by Shareholders

Alpha, a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial solutions dedicated to corporates and institutions operating internationally, announced that at its General Meeting held on 22 November 2022, the resolution to change the company's name to Alpha Group International plc and its TIDM to "ALPH", was duly passed.

According to the company, the name change reflects its evolution from being solely a provider of foreign exchange or "FX" solutions, to a company that now provides a wider range of financial solutions to corporates and institutions.

The change of name is expected to come into effect from 5 December 2022.

The news comes shortly after Alpha launched a new website​ last month, offering more information around the services it provides and demonstrating what differentiates it within the markets. The company has created a new Investor Relations section, with a particular focus on providing shareholders with further detail and information around its investment case.
