CySEC Cancels CIF License of Inveza Capital Ltd

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced today the withdrawal of the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorisation with Number 209/13 of Inveza Capital Ltd.
The decision to revoke the CIF license of the aforementioned broker was made on the Cypriot regulator's meeting of 5th December 2022, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.
CySEC explained that it made the decision because Inveza Capital Ltd has voluntarily renounced the license.
Last week, the financial regulator has withdrew the CIF license of F1Markets Ltd, a Forex and CFD brokerage firm.
