Spain's CNMV Flags Ten Unregistered Entities

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has on Monday updated its warning list, with the addition of ten unregistered financial entities.

Below are the ten entities and corresponding websites:

• LINQ CAPITAL - linq-capital.net

• LYCUX - lycux.com

• WAVESTRADER - wavestrader.io

• INTERTRADER - intertrader.com

• INVESTOSEA - investosea.com

• MACROCAPITAL-FX / Macro Capital Group Ltd - macrocapital-fx.com

• SEGUROFX / FALCON LTD - segurofx.com

• QUANTUMLUX - quantumluxgroup.net; quantumlux-group.net

• Ag TradingCapital investments Ltd - agtradingcaptinvtslt.com

• TradeGPT350 Force / Trade GPT 350 Force - tradegpt350.com/

The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision. 

This follows CNMV's warning against twelve unregistered entities​ a week before.
