B2B Hub Scam Update: Jun Chen Breaks His Story on How Amirani Stole 60K USD from Him

Last year, we at Fazzaco Whistleblower program received a tip-off from an anonymous brokerage regarding B2B Hub and the person behind it, Amirani Azaladze. The brokerage alleged that Amirani offered to facilitate the acquisition of Vanuatu VFSC forex broker license. However, after pocketing a $30,000 fee, Amirani and the B2B Hub team embarked on a two-year campaign of blatant stalling.
In our follow-up exposé on B2B Hub's fraudulent activities, we mentioned a whistleblower named Jun Chen, who posted on LinkedIn about being defrauded of nearly $60,000 by Amirani Azaladze. We recently connected with Mr. Chen, who provided compelling evidence and a detailed account of Amirani's modus operandi, opting to forgo anonymity.
The Same Old Sting
A 2024 letter from Jun Chen's legal counsel to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Istanbul, Turkey, outlines a strikingly similar experience to that of Broker A. Back in 2022, Amirani Azaladze, operating under the guise of FX B2B Hub, purported to assist Chen in securing brokerage licenses in both Vanuatu and Mauritius. After receiving $58,000, Amirani began a relentless barrage of fabricated documentation.

Lawyer's letter to the court

November 9, 2022, Jun Chen paid 20,500 USDT for a Mauritius FSC license application
According to evidence provided by Chen, Amirani promised securing the Mauritius FSC license within 10 weeks of receiving the first payment. Four months later, all Amirani had to show for it was a Mauritius company registration - a mere preliminary step in the licensing process.
Chen independently verified with local Mauritian management companies that Amirani had not even initiated the license application and had, in fact, been blacklisted by them.
On December 13, 2022, Chen made a further payment of 20,500 USDT to Amirani for a Vanuatu VFSC license application. This time, the promised turnaround was two weeks. However, months elapsed with no progress beyond a forged company registration certificate produced by Amirani. The VFSC confirmed they had never received any payment from Amirani, confirming the certificate's fraudulent nature.

Endless Delays, Exhausted Patience
From late December 2022 onwards, Amirani cloaked his deception with a string of empty promises and outright fabrications. His tactics were anything but sophisticated: "I'm in a meeting," "Tomorrow," "In three days," "I promise it," "It's almost done" - a constant stream of excuses designed to postpone the work he was contractually obligated to perform, until his victims reached their breaking point.

In late January 2023, despite Chen's direct verification with the VFSC, Amirani maintained the pretense that Chen's company was registered, making a refund impossible as the funds had supposedly been remitted to the VFSC. The now-familiar pattern then re-emerged: Amirani stated that if Chen insisted on a refund, he would issue a formal letter on behalf of FX B2B Hub. A subsequent letter stipulated that a refund would be processed within 15 business days if the company registration was not reflected on the VFSC website by January 27, 2023. This mirrors the case of Brokerage Firm A, where Amirani deployed a similar tactic, promising a refund if the VFSC company registration wasn't finalized by September 2023. Predictably, these promises proved to be hollow - just another instance of Amirani's habitual stalling.

"A Dead Pig Scares No Boiling Water"
Realizing the true nature of Amirani's and B2B Hub's operation, Chen initiated legal proceedings against him in both Turkish and UK courts. However, this perpetually embattled fraudster has consistently disregarded all legal correspondence. In 2024, Chen also pursued mediation through the Istanbul Anatolia Mediation Center. The resulting non-settlement agreement reads:
"The attorney of the Applicant (Jun Chen), Atty. Akın ABBAK, attended the meeting. The authorized person or representative (Amirani Azaladze) of Party 2 B2b Hub Consultancy Domestic and Foreign Trade Limited Company did not attend. Although the applicant's attorney tried to contact the company official Amıranı AZALADZE through the contact numbers detailed in the application petition, he did not respond to the messages sent, and the number was blocked."
and
"It was announced that our first meeting would be held on 01.07.2024 at 10:00 AM at the Anadolu Mediation Center, Mustafa Kemal Caddesi No:22/6, Cevizli Mahallesi, Kartal / ISTANBUL. It was not possible to contact Party 2 B2b Hub Consultancy Domestic and Foreign Trade Limited Company and its authorized persons, and they did not attend the meeting at the time and place specified in the invitation letter. It was decided to terminate the process as 'Inability to Reach an Agreement Without a Meeting'"*

In our correspondence with Chen, he explained that Amirani, having defrauded numerous individuals, is now keeping himself hidden somewhere in Turkey. Chen used a Chinese saying to describe him as "a dead pig scares no boiling water (meaning a scammer like him has nothing to care)", adding that pursuing legal action against B2B Hub, a mere shell company, is largely futile.

Globiance is also a victim of Amirani. The above is a screenshot of a chat between Chen and the founders of Globiance.
Based on multiple whistleblower reports received over several months regarding Amirani Azaladze and his company, B2B Hub, coupled with our own investigation, it's unequivocally clear that he specializes in defrauding those seeking to establish brokerage businesses through forged documentation and shell companies. However, it seems that current legal avenues are proving ineffective in deterring this con artist. His repeated use of newly established shell companies - a corporate "reskinning" strategy - is a key factor in his continued success (e.g., another shell company previously identified under his control: Forex Brokers License).
We therefore once again implore companies within the forex industry to disseminate this information and raise awareness to prevent further brokers from falling prey to Amirani Azaladze's predatory schemes.
