Following the addition of Chad Alderson, the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) for Canada, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (Broadridge), a global Fintech leader, has further strengthened its leadership team by hiring Frank Troise as President of Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions and Vice Chairman of Broadridge Capital Markets.

Troise, who brings over 35 years of trading and technology experience, will assume his new role on April 29, 2024, taking over from Ray Tierney, who will transition to an advisory role after three years at the company. In this new role, Troise will focus on streamlining and optimizing trading operations, further solidifying Broadridge's position as a premier provider of multi-asset, multi-workflow trading, and connectivity solutions in global markets.

Troise's extensive background includes serving as Co-CEO and Board Member at Pico Quantitative Trading, a leading fintech firm where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy. Over the course of his career, Troise had previously held roles at several well-known firms in the industry, including CEO and President at Investment Technology Group (ITG), Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers, Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as Manager at Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting).

Vijay Mayadas, President of Capital Markets at Broadridge, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Frank, whose appointment symbolizes the latest step in our journey as a Capital Markets business and underscores our commitment to delivering leading-edge solutions that help to optimize trading for global banks, broker dealers, and independent trading firms. We thank Ray for his years of leadership and help successfully integrating the Itiviti acquisition and continued focus on delivering simplification and driving innovation across the trade lifecycle, with global, multi-asset class, modular solutions that equip our clients with the agility to grow."

Broadridge recently achieved significant milestones with the launch of its global Futures and Options Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, aiming to expand its existing derivatives trading capabilities, revolutionize order and execution management for sell-side institutions.
