CMC Markets Sees Departure of General Counsel Patrick Davis

Fazzaco learned that Patrick Davis has ended his tenure as General Counsel and Company Secretary at CMC Markets, a leading global provider of online trading and institutional (B2B) platform technology solutions, after spending nearly three years with the company.

Patrick boasts more than 20 years' experience within investment banking, markets and regulated financial infrastructure, and fintech/technology environments. As seen on his Linkedin profile, Patrick joined CMC Markets as Company Secretary in February 2020. Before this role, Axiom procured him as Lawyer from July 2019. ABX Kinesis Money utilised his services as General Counsel from November 2018 to April 2019.

Prior to this, Patrick spent more than 15 years with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where he served as Head of Legal and Company Secretary. Over the course of his career, Patrick also held legal roles at various companies including Credit Lyonnais/Credit Lyonnais Rouse Limited and BZW (Barclays de Zoete Wedd).

In October, CMC Markets appointed Nathan Sage as its Equities Risk Trading Manager.
