CySEC Issues Warnings Against Unregulated Firms

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning on Friday about a number of unregulated financial firms, including those that offer forex trading services without a license.

The following websites do not belong to a firm that has been granted a license to offer investment services and/or conduct investment operations under Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017:

vestlefx.com

powerfxm.com

traderscodes.com

ti-gi.com

Before doing business with investment companies, investors are urged to check CySEC's website (www.cysec.gov.cy) to see whether businesses are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.

Fazzaco reported earlier on CySEC issuing a notice warning an imposter website in India that posed as real CySEC website.

The clone website operates under the domain name https://cysecgov.com/, while the CySEC's main website address is https://www.cysec.gov.cy.
