Montenegro Grants Extradition of Do Kwon to the U.S.
Montenegro has approved the extradition of Do Kwon, the South Korean entrepreneur at the heart of the 2022 collapse of the TerraUSD and Luna cryptocurrencies, to the United States. The decision came after 18 months of legal proceedings, with the country's Minister of Justice, Bojan Božović, signing the extradition order.

Let This Fazzaco's Poll Tell You How Brokers Feel About the Looming MetaQuotes Price Spike
At the start of December, Fazzaco reported that MetaQuotes, the developer behind MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, had informed its clients that, from January 1, 2025, it would be increasing its platform licensing fees. Industry insiders are speculating that the price hike could be as high as 20%.
In response, during the final days of 2024, we polled the industry to gauge brokers' true views on MetaQuotes' impending license fee hike and its exclusivity policy.
Based on spot trading volume data since December 2024, Fazzaco has compiled the performance of the top ten crypto exchanges. In this month, the spot trading volumes have seen continued growth due to an optimistic market, and all crypto exchanges have seen monthly growth at different levels with the exceptions of Gate.io and LMAX Digital. The total volumes of ten grew from November's US$2136.59 M to this month's US$2230.28 M, a monthly rise of 4.39%.
