Eurotrader Obtains Regulatory License from UK FCA, Provides Regulated Services for Retail Clients

Eurotrader Group, a fully licensed and regulated retail broker in FX, stocks, cryptos, indices and commodities, has secured a regulatory license from UK's regulator FCA, the company said on Thursday.

This new license is for Eurotrader's locally subsidiary, Eurotrader Capital Limited. ​The regulatory nod to operate from UK will allow the broker to carry out regulated services for the local retail clients.

"The acquisition of this FCA license is another significant step in our strategy for growth in product offerings and geographic distribution. There are some exciting developments scheduled for the next 12 months and I am very much looking forward to announcing these additional products and services," commented Marcelo Spina, CEO at Eurotrader.

Recent Executive Appointments in Eurotrader

Eurotrader has made a number of executive appointments in the past months. Earlier this month, the broker selected Jack Beezer, a product lead who boasts over 10 years experience in brokerage technology, to take on the role of its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). 

The broker also appointed Ben Swann, an experienced Director Of Information Technology with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, as it's Chief Technology Officer (CTO). 

​In August, the broker hired Marcelo Spina​, a veteran with more than 20 years experience in the financial markets, as its Chief Executibe Officer.
