In his new role, Nigel will focus on growing Cboe's stellar suite of market data, indices and analytics products and services across the EMEA region. He will be based in London and will report to Bo Chung, senior vice president in global sales and index licensing.

Patrick Storey, an Independent Non-Executive Director at ActivTrades, is succeeding Reed as the new Chairman, and Mr. Reed will chair another business entity with ties to Alex Pusco, CEO and founder of ActivTrades.
