Match-Trade Technologies has summarized the results for 2021, and it turns out that the company has improved the phenomenal results of 2020, maintaining a similar pace of growth.

2. Equinix Launches a New Data Center in Aschheim Near Munich
Equinix, Inc., the world's digital infrastructure company, today opened its new International Business Exchange (IBX) data center—MU4—located in Aschheim near MUNICH, GERMANY.
The development of MU4 aims to support the growing digital needs of local companies—particularly from the automotive, industrial, financial and healthcare sectors—by providing them with direct, secure and fast connections to a multitude of cloud providers, services and partners.
3. Fiserv Sees 21% Adjusted EPS Increase in Q4 2021
Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology, has reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2021.
GAAP revenue for the company increased 11% to $4.26 billion in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the prior year period, with 18% growth in the Acceptance segment, 4% growth in the Fintech segment and 9% growth in the Payments segment. GAAP revenue for the company increased 9% to $16.23 billion for the full year of 2021 compared to the prior year, with 17% growth in the Acceptance segment, 4% growth in the Fintech segment and 6% growth in the Payments segment.
4. IG Group Appoints Barbara Duffy as Chief People Officer
IG Group Holdings plc (IG), a purpose-led global financial technology business, has appointed Barbara Duffy as Chief People Officer and a member of the company's executive committee. In her new position, Duffy will report to global IG Group CEO, June Felix.
Duffy brings over 25 years of experience to the company. Her previous roles include HR Director and Executive positions at Centrica Group, RWE Group and St. James's Place. In addition, she has worked with entrepreneurs and within PE environments, providing key strategy and programs to address the varied stages of their growth lifecycles.
5. CySEC Redefines Threshold Criteria for Determining a Significant CIF
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has redefined the threshold criteria that determines a 'significant CIF' for the purposes of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017, as amended, in light of a new prudential framework for investment firms (IFR/IFD).
A CIF which is significant in terms of its size, internal organization and the nature, scope and complexity of its activities, shall establish a nomination committee composed of members of the board of directors that do not perform any executive function in the CIF.
6. TopFX Names Muhammad Asim as Head of Global Sales
Fazzaco learned that TopFX, a retail and institutional FX broker based in Cyprus, has named Muhammad Asim as its Head of Global Sales. Asim brings extensive sales experience to the company. In his new position, Asim will be responsible for the company's business development, customer success, marketing and global sales.
As seen on his LinkedIn profile, Asim joins TopFX from Chicago-based fintech startup tastytrade, where he served as an equity options trader and focused on teaching and giving online presentations about stock options trading.
7. Barclays Names Pushkaraj Gumaste as Head of Corporate Banking, Asia Pacific and Middle East
Barclays has announced the appointment of Pushkaraj (Push) Gumaste as Head of Corporate Banking, Asia Pacific and Middle East. Based in Singapore, he will jointly report to Phil Bowkley, Head of International Corporate Banking and Jaideep Khanna, Head of Barclays, Asia Pacific.
Push will be responsible for managing and developing the Corporate Banking business, expanding and strengthening client relationships in Asia Pacific and Middle East. His appointment follows strong momentum in Barclays' Corporate Banking business where it is looking to expand further by leveraging its global footprint and platform, to support the international growth of multinational corporations and financial institutions based in the region.
