FP Markets Onboards Richmond Zalavarria as Head of Business Development and Sales

Fazzaco has learned that FP Markets, a leading forex broker and CFDs provider, has announced the appointment of Richmond Zalavarria as the company's Head of Business Development and Sales.

Richmond brings with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. In his new role, Richmond will be based in Limassol, Cyprus, and will be responsible for the overall operations of the Sales and Business Development Department in accordance with FP Markets' policies and procedures.

As seen on his Linkedin profile, Richmond joined FP Markets from Key Way Group, the operator of Capex.com, where he has been serving as Head of Business Development – B2B, Partnership and M&A from September 2021. 

Before arriving at Key Way Group, Richmond previously worked as Business Development Coordinator at IronFX, where he spent for nine years. Prior to this, IronX Exchange utilised his services as Director of Sales, Philippines and South East Asia from May 2018 to June 2019. Over the course of his career, Richmond also worked as Financial Services Representative at E*TRADE Financial and Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc..

As Fazzaco reported earlier this year, FP Markets has expanded its offering by adding nine new Soft Commodities products​ to the FP Markets MT4 & MT5 Platforms.
