This recent authorization aligns with GTN's broader mission to expand its footprint across key financial markets, enhancing an already robust regulatory portfolio that includes the United States, Singapore, and Dubai.

The FCA license enables GTN to provide Tripartite Model B services in the UK, a structure that facilitates collaboration among investment managers, custodians, and clients—specifically designed to cater to the needs of wealth managers, fintech companies, and authorized trading firms. According to CEO Manjula Jayasinghe, this development highlights GTN's commitment to supporting the dynamic financial and fintech landscape in Europe.

As a global fintech leader backed by International Finance Corporation (IFC) and SBI Group, GTN currently operates in nine countries with a workforce exceeding 500 employees. This move into the UK market marks a critical expansion phase amid Europe's growing appetite for innovative investment and trading solutions. GTN's platform, which provides access to global markets and asset classes along with execution and post-trade services, is positioned to attract a diverse range of institutional clients.

Further fueling its international reach, GTN has recently bolstered its Dubai operations by Zaid Aloul as Chief Commercial Officer.
