IG North America Names Isaac Poore as CFO, Jordan von Kluck as Regional CTO

IG US Holdings, Inc. (IG North America), the parent company of tastylive, Inc., tastytrade, Inc., tastycrypto, and IG US, yesterday (December 18) announced the appointment of Isaac Poore as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Jordan von Kluck as Regional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for North America.
Isaac Poore has been appointed as the new CFO for IG North America, effective immediately, taking over from Matt Hellmuth, who is leaving for his next venture. Poore previously worked as the Financial Controller for IG North America. In addition, Nicholas Cottone, currently serving as the Vice President of Finance, will take the role of Director of Growth and Operations for tastytrade.
Jordan von Kluck has been promoted to the position of Regional CTO for North America, effective at the end of the month, replacing the current Regional CTO Linwood Ma who will be retiring from the company by the end of 2023. Jordan von Kluck currently serves as the CTO for the tastytrade brokerage. In his new role, von Kluck will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technology activities for tastytrade, tastylive, tastycrypto™, and IG US.
Chris Ingebrigtsen, the current Vice President of Engineering, will assume the role of CTO for tastytrade.
JJ Kinahan, CEO, IG North America and President of tastytrade, stated: "I'm delighted to announce these leadership appointments. At IG North America, we aim to foster and promote talent from within that can help us continue to deliver innovation in and customer satisfaction with our platforms. I was a little nervous about appointing someone with the last name 'Poore' to a CFO role, but his experience and qualifications settled any doubts I might have had."
The transformation in leadership at IG North America follows a year of substantial growth and the re-branding of the tastylive network and the tastytrade brokerage. This change also aligns with a series of senior executive changes in IG Group, including the appointments of new CEO Breon Corcoran and South Africa CEO Aphindile AB Bokleni earlier this month, and CTO Adam Wheelwright earlier this year.
