iS Prime Sees Departures of Two Co-Founders Raj Sitlani and Jonathan Brewer

Raj Sitlani and Jonathan Brewer, co-founders of iS Prime, a liquidity and Prime-of Prime iS Prime business under iSAM Securities and be regulated by the UK FCA, have decided to end their careers in the company. iSAM Securities provide multi asset execution, prime brokerage and risk-consultancy services.

Two weeks ago, ISAM Capital Markets rebranded​ its name as iSAM Securities​, highlighting its "association and shared core technology stack with iSAM". This rebrand didn't affect the structure of the group.

Raj and Jonathan co-founded iS Prime in 2014 together with iSAM, a systematic hedge fund manager. Until their exit, Sitlani served as the Managing Director of iSAM Securities while Brewer was the Commercial Director.

Raj said: "Jonathan and I achieved what we set out to do – to create an outstanding, highly professional, technology driven company – and we are very proud of what we have achieved. We would like to thank iSAM, our employees and our clients for their incredible support and loyalty over the last eight years.”

Jonathan added: "Both Raj and I are ready to focus on the next chapters in our lives. The time is right for the very talented team at iSAM to take the business forwards, and we wish them all every success."

Roy Sher, Managing Director at iSAM Securities, highly commended the two executives for their contributions in growing the business and building the team.

Currently, the iS Prime team has more than 50 members. Roy added they "will be increasing our investment in our technology and staff, putting our clients first as we drive the business forwards to maintain our market leadership position".
