June Felix Buys 6,476 Shares in IG Group

IG Group Holdings plc on Friday posted a notice that its CEO June Felix has purchased 6,476 ordinary shares in the group at an average price of £7.72 per share.

This means Ms Felix has in total paid £49,994.72 on February 11, 2022 to buy those shares.

Ms Felix was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in October 2018. Prior to that, she has been a Non-Executive Director in the online trading giant for 3 years.

Before joining IG, Felix has stints at Verifone UK as President, Europe; Citibank as Managing Director, Global Healthcare; IBM as Global General Manager, Banking & Financial Markets; and CertCo as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer.

On Friday, the broker also announced the appointment of Barbara Duffy as its Chief People Officer.
