LSEG Announces Extension of Yield Book Analytics Partnership with Citi

London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) announced that it has extended its long-standing Yield Book analytics partnership with Citi, a leading multinational investment bank and financial services provider.
Yield Book is a premier fixed income analytics system that enables fixed income professionals to access data and analytics in one single integrated source, helping institutional investors to manage their investments and risk management needs. The business together with Citi Fixed Income Indices were sold by Citi to LSEG in 2017.
"At LSEG and Citi, as trusted partners to our clients we have many shared principles. Today's announcement reinforces those principles with the expansion of deep models, innovative analytics, and model infrastructure - core to driving long term, sustainable and differentiated growth," said Emily Prince, Group Head of Analytics at LSEG and CEO of Yield Book.
"We have a long history of innovating in modelling and financial analytics. Our renewed partnership with LSEG enables us to deliver a state-of-the-art experience for our clients," said Mike Daniel, Head of NAM Mortgage Trading and Financing at Citi.
LSEG has been expanding its cooperation with other companies in recent years. At the end of last month, the technology giant Microsoft completed the acquisition of more than 20 million common shares in the exchange, further deepening the cooperation between the two firms.
Last December, LSEG agreed to acquire Acadia, a leading provider of automated uncleared margin processing and integrated risk and optimisation services for the global derivatives community, to enhance and develop its multi-asset Post Trade offering for the uncleared derivatives space.
Furthermore, the exchange also formed a partnership in November with Mizuho Financial Group, one of Japan's leading global financial institutions, to provide the bank's corporate clients with sustainability solutions.
