Marex Names Mark Daniels as Head of Prime Services

Marex, a diversified global financial services platform connecting clients to energy, commodities & financial markets, has hired Mark Daniels as its Head of Prime Services. Mark is a senior financial services sales executive with over 20 years experience in developing and expanding client-driven trading businesses.

He joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Managing Director for over four years. Prior to that, he was at UBS for over nine years, working as Global Head of Sales - Execution & Clearing business with remits of FX Prime Brokerage and OTC Clearing etc.

Between January 2004 and December 2009, Mark worked at Morgan Stanley, focused on Sales / Product Marketing Management for Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET), and North America Sales / Business Development - Exchange Traded Derivatives.

Earlier, he served Goldman Sachs for nine years, holding the role of Business Development/Product Marketing Manager - Electronic Trading.

This follows Marex's hiring Graham Francis​ as Group Chief Operating Officer in July.
