OANDA US CEO Takes on Head of FX Data Services Responsibility

Fazzaco learned that prominent online broker OANDA has expanded the responsibilities of Jessica Beckstead, the current US CEO, appointing her as the Head of FX Data Services.

On the new role, Jessica will oversee the development, enhancement, and delivery of OANDA's FX data services. She will lead the development of new FX data products and services, with a focus on innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients, and also set the strategic direction for the division.

Jessica boasts leadership experience spanning over 20 years in the FX and CFD industry. She joined OANDA in September 2022 as US CEO, Managing Director - North America.

Preciously, she spent 18 years at FXCM, where she joined as Vice President, FX Sales, New York, then rose to Managing Director, US and Canada. In September 2012, Jessica became Managing Director, Emerging Markets, eventually as Managing Director & Global Head, CEO of FXCM Australia.

At the beginning of the month, Sam Eder​ has resigned from his position as the Head of Emerging Markets at OANDA, and co-founded a new trading services-focused website, marketmates.com.
