Options Technology (Options), the leading provider of IT infrastructure and data to global Capital Markets firms, announced a partnership with Raptor Trading Systems (Raptor Trading), a software firm that offers trading connectivity and multi-asset capital market solutions.
The two technology organizations will collaborate to leverage the strengths of both parties, seamlessly integrating resilient and scalable colocation with proven managed solutions for traders and financial institutions, to upgrade connectivity and order management system (OMS) capabilities. The combined offerings will enhance the trading technology infrastructure with minimal disruption and risk, providing richer and more competitive options for Canadian financial institutions.
"At Options, our commitment to excellence, innovation, and ensuring clients thrive in an ever-evolving financial market is the cornerstone of our business. We are delighted to continue that mission with our Raptor Trading Systems partnership," commented Danny Moore, President and CEO of Options. "Together, we seek to empower traders and financial institutions with cutting-edge tools, setting new standards for success across the Canadian markets and beyond."
"Raptor Trading's enduring commitment to the Canadian market spans two decades, empowering firms of all sizes to compete with global giants," said Teddy Lardos, CEO of Raptor Trading. "Our partnership with Options significantly enhances our scale and global reach, commensurate with our significant contributions to this market. As we expand together, we anticipate even greater client benefits and opportunities and are elated to collaborate with Options."
Options has been continuously expanding its data coverage. Over the past three months, the tech firm has integrated real-time market data feeds from Aquis Stock Exchange, a UK exchange, and Berse Stuttgart Group, the sixth largest exchange group in Europe.
Additionally, the company gained industry attention last week when it hired Scott Feagans, a seasoned technology leader in the industry, as its Senior Vice President of Sales Engineering.
