Directly impacted by ThinkMarkets' decision to cease services for prop trading firm's U.S. clients, Lark Funding, a prop trading company, has announced that its existing trading platform will no longer accept purchases from US clients. In addition, the company plans to migrate its existing U.S. traders to the DXtrade platform.

In a post on Discord, Lark Funding CEO Matt L. stated: "Unfortunately we're no longer accepting NEW purchases from US clients. All existing US clients can continue trading their accounts as per usual this week."

He added: "At the end of the month, existing US traders will be migrated to DXTrade. We're working to finalize how the migration process will work but we're doing our best to ensure that everything is done as smoothly as possible."

Matt emphasized that the move will not affect its clients outside the U.S. The prop trading firm still sees potential in the U.S. market and expressed its intention to resume accepting new U.S. client registrations if the regulatory environment allows for it.

The day before, Instant Funding, another proprietary trading company, confirmed that ThinkMarkets would stop providing services to U.S. clients of prop trading firms starting from February 23. Similarly, Instant Funding has chosen DXtrade as an alternative trading platform for its US traders.
