Rostro Group Promotes Mitesh Vaghela to Chief Business Officer

Fazzaco learned that Rostro Group, a fintech company focused on capital markets and Prime Brokerage, has promoted Mitesh Vaghela to the position of Chief Business Officer.

With over a decade of experience in financial services industry, Vaghela joined Rostro in January 2022 as Group Chief Product Officer, based in London. According to his LinkedIn profile, Vaghela had previously served as Director of Products at Equiti Capital, a financial services provider of forex and CFD liquidity and part of the Equiti Group, for over three years.

Before that, he had also held important roles at some well-known retail and institutional Forex and CFD companies, including London Capital Group (LCG), Integral Development Corporation, and Alpari UK. His career started in October 2005 when he worked as a Dealer at City Credit Capital, a leading forex and CFD broker.

Over the past year, Rostro Group has strengthened its leadership team with several key appointments, such as the promotion of Saul Knapp​ to the Group Chief Operating Officer and the hiring of Olivia Mottershead as Senior Institutional Sales.

At the beginning of 2023, the group closed the acquisition of the forex and CFDs trading provider Scope Markets​, obtaining several licenses in new markets including Cyprus, Kenya, South Africa, and Belize, further driving the group's expansion across the world.
