Scope Markets Names Yaser Zidan as Sales Manager for MENA

Fazzaco learned that the forex and CFDs trading provider Scope Markets, which had been fully acquired by Rostro Financials Group​ (Rostro), has named Yaser Zidan as its Sales Manager for MENA.

Zidan joined Scope Markets from Equiti, a leading provider of online trading technology and multi-asset financial products where he had served for over 6 years. As seen on his LinkedIn profile, Zidan joined Equiti as a Senior Account Manager in August 2016 and was promoted to Vice President of Sales of the broker's Jordan Office in May 2018.

Zidan marks the latest addition to Scope Markets's leadership team amongst several key hires this year, including Chief Executive Officer Pavel Spirin​ and Chief Revenue Officer John Murphy.

Rostro, a prime broker working with trading firms and professional traders, completed the acquisition of Scope Markets in January 2023, taking over the licensed entities in Cyprus, Kenya, South Africa, and Belize, alongside the main operating hub based in Cyprus, and obtaining licenses in Mauritius and Seychelles.

The group is also considering further expanding into MENA and the wider Asian regions in 2023, and has engaged 3rd parties to progress these strategic initiatives, as reported.
