Spain's CNMV Flags Six Unregistered Entities

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has on Monday updated its warning list, with the addition of ten unregistered financial entities.

Below are the six entities and corresponding websites:

• SUPERFOREX / Finateqs Corp. - superforex.com/es

• ESCRYPTO TRADE - escryptotrade.com/

• CRYPTO TRADE CLUB LTD - cryptotradeclub.ltd

• COSMO TRADERS - cosmo-traders.com

• EVER MARKETS FX - evermarketsfx.com

• 24CFDCAP - 24cfdcap.net

The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision. 

This follows CNMV's warning against ten unregistered entities​ a week before.
