Spain's CNMV Flags Ten Unregistered Entities
The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has updated its warning list, with the addition of ten unregistered financial entities.
Below are the ten entities and corresponding websites:

SWISSCAP - swisscap.pro
IMMEDIATE CODE 360 - immediatecode-360.com
KCAPITAL.NET - kcapital.net
KUNDERBANK - kunderbank.io
ENCOREFX GLOBAL - encorefxglobal.com/
ALL OPTIONS - alloptionsint.com/
BYBITPROFIT - bybitprofit.io/
MS GLOBAL FINANCE - cfd.msglobal.finance
The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision.
Previously, the regulator has warned against five unregistered international financial entities.
