Swiss Broker Compagnie Financière Tradition Reports Revenue for 2023 up 10.6%

Compagnie Financière Tradition, one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products, delivered an increase in revenue for the fourth quarter and the full year of 2023, where were 13.4% and 10.6% respectively at constant exchange rates.
For the full year, the company recorded CHF 982.4 million revenue, compared to CHF 947.4 million in 2022. Adjusted revenue including share of joint ventures stood at CHF 1,053.9 million, growing 9.5% on a yearly basis at constant exchange rates. Revenue derived from interdealer broking business (IDB) was up 9.6% to CHF 1,022.5 million. Retail investors (Non-IDB) generated revenue of CHF 31.4 million, increasing 5.5%.
Regarding the fourth quarter of the year, reported revenue reached CHF 244.1 million, raising 13.4% at constant exchange rates year-over-year. Adjusted revenue including share of joint ventures grew 11.5% to CHF 260.4 million.Revenue from IDB improved 12.3% to CHF 253.8 million. Non-IDB, however, experienced a decline of 8.2% to CHF 6.6 million.
Compagnie Financière Tradition generated consolidated revenue of CHF 225.0 million in the third quarter of 2023, a modest increase from Q3 2022 at constant exchange rates.
