TradersYard Launches New Trading Platform Under New CEO

dc24da7f899088db81cdf81f2634ee6.jpegTradersYard has appointed Manuel Sonnleithner as its new CEO. Sonnleithner, who co-founded the company alongside Gilbert Kreuzthaler, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to his appointment, he was COO at AgenaTrader for over five years, where he played a key role in building the company's success.

Under Sonnleithner's leadership, TradersYard is making a bold move to reshape the trading landscape. The firm is launching a new trading platform designed to enhance the competitive experience for traders. This move follows a significant €3.5 million investment from Andromeda Capital Partners Suisse. The platform is set to introduce revamped Prop Trading Challenges, with a focus on skill-based competitions that combine strategy and quick decision-making. Payout rates of up to 95% will drive competition among traders, as the firm seeks to double its user base.

Speaking about his new role, Sonnleithner expressed excitement at the opportunity to lead the company during such a dynamic time. "Our aim is to not only provide traders with a platform to enhance their skills but to offer an unmatched competitive environment," he said. The upcoming World Trading Championship, a key feature of the platform, will further solidify the firm's commitment to innovation and global community building.

In addition to the new platform, TradersYard is rolling out a proprietary WebTrader, designed to offer users easy access to advanced trading tools. The company is moving away from its original idea of creating a social network for traders, as reported in previous article. This strategic shift is in line with their focus on prop trading, a space where they believe they can provide more value and opportunities for growth.

Andromeda Capital Partners Suisse, which backed the company's latest initiative, is optimistic about the firm's future, with co-founder Ingmar Mattus praising the exclusive use of proprietary technology and its potential to redefine the competitive prop trading market.
