iS Prime Records Turnover of £35M for FY2022

iS Prime, subsidiary of iSAM Securities, a provider of multi asset execution, prime brokerage and risk consultancy services to institutional clients globally, has reported its financial results for 2022 ended June 30, 2022, recording a turnover of £35 million and pre-tax profits of £16.2 million.
The FCA regulated firm reported on a 15 month period last year and therefor YoY comparisons cannot be made. In FY2021 (over a 15-month period), revenue of iS Prime came in at £37.9 million and the pre-tax profit for the year reached £10 million.
The firm's balance sheet remains strong, with cash balances of just under £37 million, while in 2021, the metric was £21.7 million.
"iS Prime's financials reveal another very successful year, with our revenue increase resulting from a combination of higher volumes and client acquisition," said Alex Lowe, Managing Director at iSAM Securities. "We continue to invest in our people and products in order to maintain our position as a global market leader, with a focus on transparency, integrity and a client-centric approach. We have plans in place to evolve the business over the next year, driving further growth for both iS Prime and for our clients."
iS Prime has undergone a series of major changes in the beginning of 2023, including the departure of its two co-founders Raj Sitlani and Jonathan Brewer, and the overall rebranding of its parent company iSAM Securities.
