Broker - Kudotrade Appoints Stathis Flangofas as CFO
Kudotrade has appointed Stathis Flangofas as its new Chief Financial Officer, reinforcing the company's strategy of scaling its global operations. The move comes as the brokerage prepares to launch Kudo Funded, its new proprietary trading platform set to go live by mid-September.
Flangofas brings more than 16 years of financial leadership experience from high-profile brokerages, including Capital.com and HFM. His previous roles involved overseeing large financial operations, implementing risk management practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Industry observers view his expertise as particularly relevant given Kudotrade's international ambitions.
Crypto Firm - Revolut Hires Binance Veteran to Boost Crypto Growth
Digital banking platform Revolut has hired Reem Khayat, formerly of Binance, to lead product marketing for its cryptocurrency division, signaling a stronger push into the digital assets market.
Khayat worked at Binance for three years as Marketing Lead for the Middle East and North Africa, where she managed regional strategy, operations, and growth from the exchange's Dubai office. Her appointment follows a series of senior hires at Revolut as it diversifies its offerings beyond its neobanking roots.
