GCEX Names Ebury's Maria Alberghini as Sales Manager in Dubai

GCEX, an FCA regulated digital brokerage which enables brokers, funds and professional traders to access deep liquidity in digital assets and FX, has appointed Maria Alberghini as its Sales Manager in Dubai.

In her new role, Maria will work closely with Mehtap Önder, Managing Director Dubai at GCEX on the company’s strategic growth plans for the organisation.

As seen on her LinkedIn profile, she has about ten years of experience in sales and business development. Prior to GCEX, Maria served as Business Development Executive at Ebury, a global financial services company for over a year. She previously had held roles of business development at Limelight Networks, ITHR Telco and ESCAPE Networks. She had also worked as Sales Consultant at Vanquis Bank, a subsidiary of the UK-based specialist bank Provident Financial Group, for nearly 2 years.

Her career started in 2013 at Promexico, the Mexican Government institution in charge of strengthening Mexico’s participation in the international economy, where she served as Assistant Director EMEA Promexico Government Relations.  

GCEX has announced several key appointments over the past year, including Olivier Honsberger​ as Member of Board of Directors MENA, Maria Lopez as Director Of Marketing, Alex Iakobachvili​ as Vice President Of Business Development and Michael Aagaard​ as Managing Director in Denmark, to strengthen its leadership team.
